"This better is to serve as a reference for Tiffany Couch. Our company is multifaceted. Our main business is purchasing investment properties, rehabbing them and then selling them to home buyers.

 In 208 we purchased a dozen properties in the Atlanta area and realized we needed someone to partner with us who could help with very aspect of the rehab process. Tiffany Couch was referred to us and she came to work with us in the Spring of 2019.

 Tiffany's role in our projects included communicating and scheduling with the general contractors and sub-contractors on our projects, walking the properties in various stages of the process, and helping supervise in every area of the rehab. But most importantly, Tiffany's expertise in the area of design was invaluable to our team. She chose the color pallet for the interior and exterior of the property, the tile for the then and baths, the flooring- every aspect of the design process. She also chose the finishing touches - the lighting, the hardware, the design of the vanities and kitchen.We were extremely pleased with her design ideas that we know helped our properties stand out from the others on the market, and as a result we were ale to sell our properties quickly and at times at an even higher price than anticipated. The last 2 properties we sold were done at $10,000- $20,000 above asking price, and we believe it as Tiffany's design and input that helped make that happen.

 During the fall of 2019 we also did an occupies rehab of. home owner' guest bathroom, and again, Tiffany's expertise was crucial in the success of this project. The home owner was 100% pleased with the work."

"Meeting Tiffany Couch on a visit to Big Canoe in April of 2020 was serendipitous. We wanted to update some areas of the home we had just purchased, but the prospect seemed overwhelming since we were not actually moving to BC for several months. However, Tiffany immediately understood what we wanted and needed. As we toured our home with her, her experience, knowledge and creativity was evident in her suggestions and observations. She quickly ascertained what our personal style was from viewing photos I posted to Pinterest and Houzz. From those photos, she offered us choices of materials that fit our budget. Under Tiffany’s guidance, we ended up being able to complete a much larger project than we had anticipated. Many of the options that Tiffany showed us were things I didn’t even know existed, yet they fit our style and were more cost-effective and/or user-friendly than materials I was familiar with.

Tiffany has a network of amazing contractors who are meticulous and trustworthy. Throughout the renovations, we received communication and photos from Tiffany on a regular basis so we felt like we were part of the process. The best part of the experience was knowing that Tiffany was overseeing everything, which was immensely reassuring. All of the renovations were completed on schedule and on budget. Tiffany truly treated our home with the utmost of respect and care, as if the work was being done to her own property. We will be thankful to Tiffany for her help and for the craftsmanship of her dedicated contractors for as long as we live in Big Canoe. We can’t wait to get there to start enjoying our “new” home!"

"Tiffany Couch has helped on several projects here at my own personal homes as well as being recommended to others for work. We personally have two major remodeling projects go on (one still currently ongoing). The first project she helped with both design, build and labor. We remodeled several bathrooms and she helped with tile selection, finding discount cabinets, tile and different aspects of it. Two custom built barn doors, custom shelving with iron pipe, and shiplap installed helped complete the look we were going for and helped us sell our old home. 

Our new home is an ongoing remodel project right now, we are doing most of the work ourselves, but for those things needed she helped us find contractors and get quotes for the project. Also I had an issue with pet urine from the home being rented for several years and she had the solution of painting the sub-flooring with polyurethane instead of us having to replace all the flooring. It is the vast knowledge of different things that helps get the project done. Her creative vision and being able to see the finished project before starting helped me as I couldn't see it."
